Glow Tile Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Glow Tile! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [e.g., 1-3 business days] of being placed. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm on a business day, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., sales events, holidays), processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery: 3-7 days from dispatch.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping:
    • We may offer free standard shipping on orders. This will be automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or customs processing (for international orders).

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic (Australia): We ship to all states and territories within Australia.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track the progress of your delivery by visiting the courier's website and entering your tracking number.

5. Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

6. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if a package is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, occasionally packages can be damaged or lost in transit.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product(s) immediately and contact us at info@glowtile.com.au  within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve a replacement or refund.
  • If your package is lost in transit (and tracking information confirms this), please contact us at info@glowtile.com.au. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please allow 5-10 Business days for the investigation to be completed before a resolution (replacement or refund) can be offered.
